Прямоугольное двухстороннее полотнище голубого цвета с отношением ширины к длине 2:3, несущее вдоль нижнего края полосу красного цвета шириной 1/9 ширины полотнища. Внизу голубой части полотнища с наложением на красную часть изображён жёлтый стебель кукурузы, вместе с колосьями пшеницы и подсолнухами, все перевязанные жёлтой лентой, а вверху над букетом изображён летящий к древку с воздетыми крыльями и подобранными лапами белый сокол
