Summary

Description
English: National flag of Argentina released in 1818. This version added the sun to the flag previously created by Manuel Belgrano.
The colors would be later specified in Decree Nº 10.302/944

De todas formas no hay un color azul especificado. Igualmente debido a que eran negociaciones monárquicas con Francia considero mas consistente el utilizar el mismo azul azul heráldico que utilizaban los borbones.
