Summary

Description
English: The Office of Public Affairs in 1991 produced a new television public-service announcement to encourage visitors with physical disabilities to take advantage of the Smithsonian's facilities. The PSA featured Cooper-Hewitt Museum of Decorative Arts and Design's Director Dianne Pilgrim, seen here during the June filming in the Hirshhorn Sculpture Garden. SI's "Guide for Disabled Visitors" was sent to interested viewers who called in. 1991.
