Purpose of use in article (WP:NFCC#8)	To compensate for its omission from the USPTO entry for the trademark and to enable readers to identify genuine Ivy Hill-made FLPpak packaging.
Not replaceable with free media because (WP:NFCC#1)	By definition, no image of a trademark can be legally free. This tracing which I made myself and am willing to release into the public domain IS the best possible replacement.
Minimal use (WP:NFCC#3)	The file has been rendered at low resolution and is uploaded only because an illustration of the trademark is not present in the cited USPTO entry.
Respect for commercial opportunities (WP:NFCC#2)	The trademark has been cancelled since 2005 and, were that not the case, my purpose for including it is to aid in the identification of genuine Ivy Hill products.
