Summary

Description
English: An ex-Japanese trolleybus (formerly of the Kanden Tunnel trolleybus line), painted for use in the Trolebuses Educativos (Educational Trolleybuses) program of Delagación Cuauhtémoc, in Mexico City. The composition of this photograph is misleading. The photo shows the vehicle's right side, not its left side. There are no doors on this side, because in Japan, vehicles drive on the left side of the road, and buses therefore have doors only on their left sides. In this photo, the rear of the trolleybus is just out of frame to the left, and the trolley poles on the roof have been turned (180 degrees) towards the front of the vehicle, the end that is farthest away from the viewer. At left, on the vehicle's roof, one can see the hooks that are intended to hold down the trolley poles when the vehicle is parked.
