Description
Eesti: Eesti territooriumil ja selle lähiümbruses muinasaja lõpus, hilisrauaajal (1050-1225) olnud maad (ehk maakonnad), linnused, teed ja rahvad. Värvitud alad näitavad maade ligikaudset ulatust, nende vahel olev hall ala asustamata või väheasustatud ala. Mustad täpid tähistavad linnuseid, väiksemad mustad täpid seejuures oletatavaid, lõpetamata, hooajalisi või lühiajalisi linnuseid. Kõik märgitud linnused ei olnud kasutusel üheaegselt. Punktiirjooned tähistavad tolleaegseid teid, väiksem hall punktiirjoon tänapäevaseid riigipiire. Eesti ala maid asustasid muinaseestlased, välja arvatud seal, kus on märgitud teisiti.
