Description
English: Dunstan St. Omer after being knighted in April 2010 in St. Lucia by the Governor General on the advice of Her Majesty the Queen. Sir Dunstan St. Omer was invested with the Insignia of a Knight Commander of the Order of St Michael and St George (KCMG).
