Description
English: A U.S. Navy Douglas A3D-1 Skywarrior (BuNo 135419) of Heavy Attack Squadron 3 (VAH-3) "Sea Dragons" landing aboard the carrier USS Franklin D. Roosevelt (CVA-42). VAH-3 was assigned to Carrier Air Group 17 (CVG-17) aboard the Franklin D. Roosevelt for a deployment to the Mediterranean Sea from 12 July 1957 to 5 March 1958. The aircraft wears the tailcode "AL" which was used for CVG-17 only during that deployment.
