Description
English: Denkman Masoleum in Chippiannock Cemetery, Rock Island, Rock Island County, Illinois. Cemetery listed on the NRHP since May 6, 1994.2901 Twelfth St., Rock Island. Architect Almerin Hotchkiss patterned his design on the Rural Cemetery style of Mt. Auburn Cemetery in Massachusetts. It contains monuments by Alexander Stirling Calder and Paul de Vigne. A Tiffany window, now recovered, was stolen from this mausoleum.
