Deutsch: Eichenblätterzweig ableitend für den Ortsnamen Strüth von Strutte (Gebüsch in feuchter Talsenke). Spaltung durch eine flache blaue Wellenschnittleiste bezeichnend für den Bachlauf (Der Mühlbach entspringt in der Gemarkung Strüth). Löwendarstellung symbolisierend für die Zugehörigkeit des Ortes zu Laurenburg – Nassau, Katzenelnbogen usw. Schwarzer Pfeil nimmt Bezug zur Legende des Dudo von Laurenburg mit dem Gelübde zur Gründung des Klosters Schönau.
