This image has already been widely distributed in the media via various methods since 1970 (including latterly the Internet), and, in doing so, this image has been displayed in a better visual quality, un-cropped, non-tinted, and in a higher resolution (NFCC4).
Strongly believed that the use of this image upon only the English-language Wikipedia, to illustrate the infobox of the article relating to the familicide incident in question, falls under the "Non-profit, educational" clause of the 'Fair Use' doctrine, currently upheld by U.S. law.
