| Description | Telefort 12X30, original bag. Production number 245656, year 1910. This piece originaly sold via the danish firm "Cornelius Knudsen Kjøbenhavn" Even 105 years old, this Gem display as new. The Tele Fort in this unique design, was produced in four different versions until 1914. A compleatly different design surfaced after 1914, same name but not the same binoculat so realy the Telefort were produced in 5 continous designs, with the fifth falling outside the description. There are various informations about when they were build, some lists say from 1907 to 1920 so with the production number 245656, this item are early. Others say production stopped 1914, sound reasonable as even the design were on the marked it was not sold to civilian after 1914 and was under continious develobment. This are a civilian binocular proven by the small knot to tigh the bino. It rarely happen that such a binocular exist in such good condision after all those years. They were produced in batch of 300. |
