English: Necklace consists of a string of vegetable fiber on which are strung many breakthroughs shells, arranged in rows of four.
Population : Fijian people, Viti Levu
Collector and collection: Gaston de Roquemaurel – The second travel Dumont D'Urville (1837-1840).
Date of collection: 1838
Materials: Vegetable fiber and shell (Canarium mutabile)
Size : 45x3 cm
Français : Collier constitué par une ficelle en fibres végétales sur laquelle sont enfilées de nombreuses coquilles percées, disposées par rangées de quatre.
Population : Viti Levu (Iles Fidji)
Collecteur et collection : Gaston de Roquemaurel – Second voyage de Dumont D'Urville (1837 – 1840)
