[Charles Ferdinand by the Grace of God Prince of Poland and Sweden, Bishop of Płock and Wrocław]
Notes Decorated with figures of saints: Sigismund, Ferdinand and Charles Borromeo and medallions with the scenes of the Last Supper, the Christ in the Garden of Gethsemane and the Christ at Emmaus. The inner side of the foot is adorned with the arms of the Polish–Lithuanian Commonwealth, Sweden, Gotland, and House of Vasa.
