Summary

Description
English: The carbon pricing matrix is a relational diagram for identifying the principal market-based policies that can be used to price carbon, either as mitigated carbon or as emitted carbon. Here the term carbon refers to any anthropogenic greenhouse gas. The price on carbon may be negative (i.e. a stick) or positive (i.e. a carrot).
