English: Caesar's Camp or Castle Holmes The ditch and rampart of Caesars' Camp, once known as Castle Holmes. A nearby information plaque reads, 'Its name suggests that it was Roman but it is probably older. We now think it is Iron Age, constructed sometime between 750BC and AD42'.
