ADN-ZB Schaar 27.4.1976 Bez. Suhl: Ein altes Gewerbe, mit nach wie vor großem volkswirtschaftlichen Nutzen, üben gegenwärtig wieder zahlreiche Forstarbeiter in den Wäldern aus. Die Gewinnung von Kiefernharz zur Herstellung von Zelluloid, Terpentinöl und Kollophonium wollen die Forstarbeiter des Staatlichen Forstwirtschaftsbetriebs Meinigen in diesem Jahr um weitere 8 Tonnen erhöhen. Forstarbeiter Otto Müller "zapft" auf einer Fläche von 21 ha alle 5 Tage jeden Baum einmal an. R0427-6N. Ein Biologisches Reizmittel, mit dem die Bestände versehen werden, bringt einen bis zu 25 Prozent höheren Harzfluß. Je nach Stammumfang liefert ein Baum im Jahr bis zu 4.000 (4000) Gramm Harz. Da bei den rund 80jährigen Kiefern nur 2 Drittel des Stammumfangs geharzt werden, bleiben die Bäume weiterhin lebensfähig. |
