ADN-ZB Ludwig-9.10.71 Erfurt: Neubau Fernverkehrsstraße 4. Die vom Harz zum Thüringer Wald führende und von Nord nach Süd den Bezirk Erfurt durchquerende Fernverkehrsstraße 4 wird gegenwärtig auf einem ihrer verkehrs- und unfallreichsten Abschnitte vierspurig neugebaut. Es ist das größte Straßenbauvorhaben des Bezirkes seit 1945. Schwerpunkt wird das Kreuzungsbauwerk bei Andisleben sein. Die neue Trasse wird teils autobahnähnlich ausgebaut und die bisher passierten Orte umgehen. Eine Seite der vierspurigen F4 bei Andisleben ist bereits für den Verkehr freigegeben.
