English: Brigadier General Charles Clarkson Martin Maynard in a photo by the studio of Elliot & Fry. According to accompanying images in the IWM catalogue record, the photo was purchased in June 1918. The photo was used on the cover of an August 1919 issue of the journal, The Great War: The Standard History of the World-Wide Conflict, volume 13.
