Rationale of fair use for Boss'n Up[edit]

1. The image is of lower resolution and quality than the original (copies made from it will be of inferior quality).
2. No free equivalent is available or could be created that would adequately give the same information.

4. The image's inclusion in the article is important to represent the movie in its entity.

6. copies could not be used to make illegal copies of the DVD artwork on another DVD;
7. The material has previously been published in numerous sources, with higher resolution images available elsewhere (Snoopdogg.com, for example).
8. Used as a poster it can be seen in various locations as well as in publications.

This image is the cover of a videotape, DVD, Blu-ray, etc. and the copyright for it is most likely owned by either the publisher of the video or the studio which produced the video in question. It is believed that the use of low-resolution images of video covers to illustrate the videotape or disc in question on the English-language Wikipedia, hosted on servers in the United States by the non-profit Wikimedia Foundation, qualifies as fair use under the Copyright law of the United States.
