I do not speak Turkish and thus have an added barrier to procuring a photo, and this image is the one in use on Turkish Wikipedia.
Minimal use (WP:NFCC#3)	I will only use this one image on the one page. It is not a high-resolution image.
Respect for commercial opportunities (WP:NFCC#2)	The publication in which this image initially appeared was the official press organ of an organization led by the subject of the article, who is deceased. The publication ceased publication after it was banned by the Turkish government in 1979, along with the organization it represented. Neither the publication nor the organization has since been revived.
