Summary

Description
English: A ningyo ("human-fish") "mummy" or "fejee mermaid", crafted from fish parts etc. Whether this is merman or mermaid is not clarified. Probable Japanese manufacture, painted by Japanese naturalist Mōri Baien.[1]
