Deutsch: Das ehemalige Josefsbad an der Adresse Josefsplatz 2 in der niederösterreichischen Stadt Baden.
Nachdem durch die Türkenbelagerung 1683 der Vorgängerbau zerstört wurde, errichtete man 1697 einen barocken Rechteckbau. 1804 wurde dieser ostseitig mittels einem klassizistischen runden Kuppelbau erweitert. Dieses Bauwerk wird dem k.k. Hofarchitekten Louis Montoyer zugeschrieben. Seit den 1970er Jahren wird das ehemalige Josefsbad als Gastronomiestätte genutzt. |
