Summary

Description Transverse flute part for the first page of the opening movement of Cantata No 8, Liebster Gott, wenn werd ich sterben? BWV 8, first performed in the Nikolaikirche, Leipzig on 24 September 1724. (Pages of the transverse flute part have been lost; the same is true for the flauto piccolo part, but its first page was crossed out with diagonal marks, so was not performed.)
