Alfred Miraglia (left, from New York) takes tea in the sunshine with ex-Mayor of Winchester Mr Edmonds and his wife and daughter in the garden of their home. The original caption states that the Edmonds' children, Roger (not pictured) and Betty, were invited to the US as guests of the Mayor of Winchester, Virginia, and received the later part of their education there.
