Summary
| Description | 447 (447-449) Clinton Avenue between Greene and Gates Avenue in the Clinton Hill neighborhood of Brooklyn, New York City was built c.1850, and was modeled after an Italian villa. Its first resident was David H. Burdette, and the building was used for some time as the Galilee Baptist Church before it was abandoned. In 2007 it was converted into 4 rental apartments.
