| Description |
English: Basque independentist left activists display banners as a protest in Leioa against the absence of representatives of Acción Nacionalista Vasca / Eusko Abertzale Ekintza in the town council of Leioa. In 2007 local elections, lists presented by ANV-EAE for Leioa (as for many other municipalities) were not admitted by electoral administration due to their coincidences with previously ilegalised parties, so votes for ANV-EAE lists were counted as null.
Español: Militantes de izquierda independentista vasca exhiben pancartas en protesta contra la falta de representación de Acción Nacionalista Vasca / Eusko Abertzale Ekintza en el ayuntamiento de Leioa. En las elecciones municipales de 2007, las listas presentadas por ANV para Leioa (como para muchos otros municipios) no fueron admitidas por la administración electoral debido a sus coincidencias con listas de otros partidos previamente ilegalizados, por lo que los votos a las listas de ANV se contaron como nulos. |
