Description
English: Driver's cockpit, dashboard, standard individually adjustable reclining front seats in a 1965 Rambler American 440 convertible - a compact car produced by American Motors Corporation (AMC). This white two-door ragtop features AMC's entirely new 232 cu in (3.8 L) straight-6 engine that AMC would use through 1979, and then continue being built through 2006 in different displacements (including the 4.0 L Jeep engine) under AMC, and later Chrysler. Photograph taken in the vendor's area at Potomac Ramblers Club's 2011 all AMC Drag Race Day held at the Capitol Raceway located in Crofton, Maryland.
