Description
한국어: 북조선임시인민위원회 성립 경축 대회 : 1946년 2월 8일. 현수막에 "(임시인민위원회)는 우리의 정부(政府)이다."라고 써서 북한 스스로가 정부 조직을 만들었다는 것을 공표하고 있다. 이로서 남북 통일정부 수립은 물건너 가고, 분단이 사실상 확정된 것이다. 북한은 임시인민위원회 명의로 1946년 3월 5일 소위 "무상몰수, 무상분배"라는 토지개혁을 단행하고, 이어서 각종 공산주의 개혁을 실행하여 남북은 완전히 이질적인 사회로 변해 갔다.
