עברית: הר חומה (או בשמה הרשמי חומת שמואל) היא שכונה בדרום־מזרח ירושלים שנוסדה בשנת 1997. השכונה קרויה על שמו של שמואל מאיר, סגן ראש עיריית ירושלים מטעם סיעת המפד"ל, שנהרג בתאונת דרכים בשנת 1996. לפי נתוני עיריית ירושלים, בשנת 2021 התגוררו בשכונה כ-24,900 תושבים. בשכונה נמצאת ישיבת הר המור. נשיא הישיבה הוא הרב צבי ישראל טאו ובראשה עומד הרב עמיאל שטרנברג. בחג סוכות תלתה הישיבה שלט בכניסה לשכונה האומר "הכניסה לשכונת חומת שמואל לתושבי השכונה ומוזמנים בלבד. להכין תעודת זהות והזמנה". בעקבות תלונות תושבי ירושלים, השלט הוסר על ידי העירייה ב-6 באוקטובר 2023 אחר הצהריים על ידי פקח של העירייה |
