Description
English: Caulerpa lentillifera also known as Lato, Sea Grapes, Latok, and Green Caviar is a tasty seaweed that grows in the Philippines and other Southeast Asian nations. The Filipino dish Ensaladang Lato, literally "Seaweed Salad," relies heavily on this particular type of seaweed as its major ingredient. Dried Pusit or Daing na Pusit is a well love pinoy pasalubong. A sun dried squid soaked in brined water to achieve its tangy and sweet natural taste.
