"1984.Julia" - is a novel written by Sandra Newmann and officially approved by G. Orwell Foundation published in 2023. This is an alternative point of view on the events from the original "1984" novel, told from the words of Julia, one of the main characters of Orwell's novel. It also features characters from the original book: Winston Smith, O'Brien, Big Brother. Some storylines completely repeat the original, while others differ from the book, so the events of the newly published manuscript do not end with Julia’s release from the Ministry of Love, but continue with the evacuation from London, a meeting with the "Rebel Brotherhood", as well as the living Big Brother.

The book tells the story of Julia's childhood, growing up, the development of her character and the betrayal of Winston Smith, torture in room 101, as well as her escape from London and meeting with Resistance fighters.
