It is believed that this photograph was taken in 1979 for the purpose of promotion and public publication, and that at that time it was freely distributed to the media for publication. It is believed that this photograph has been placed by its creator into the public domain, however, this is not made clear at its source. Therefore, as I am unable to discover clear source information, I am using the image here under fair use rationale until the image's provenance can be established. At the moment it is intended for use in the articles Ralph Thomas Scurfield and Nu-West.
